Product Description

Lioresal is the treatment for muscular dysfunction. It is an antispastic agent. Its main component is Baclofen.

Uses

Lioresal is used for the treatment of significant muscle spasms. The muscle spasms are usually caused by injury to the spinal cord or the brain. It can also lower the symptoms of certain neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis. Lioresal is a muscle relaxant. It works by decreasing the amount of muscle spasms that occur in an individual. This medication also reduces the severity of the spasms. Lioresal helps with the muscle rigidity that may occur along with the spasms. This medication also relieves any pain that may be a symptom of the hyperactive muscles. For patients with reversible spasticity, taking Lioresal can restore some of the muscle function that has been lost.
